HIPAA Compliance
GummyBots is not HIPAA compliant. As a company, we do not collect or require users to provide any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or Protected Health Information (PHI) to deliver its services. It remains the sole responsibility of the user to ensure that they do not provide any PII or PHI while using GummyBots. Any PII or PHI shared with GummyBots in violation of this provision is done at the user’s own risk, and GummyBots assumes no liability for the protection of such information.
